Terms of Service
The rules for using pizzadions.site
These terms cover browsing Dion's Pizza Cookbook, ordering the book, and the limits that apply to both. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Before you order
What these terms cover
Dion's Pizza Cookbook is a pizza recipe book and a website that supports it: style pages, baking guides, and the ordering flow for the printed and digital editions. The terms below govern your use of pizzadions.site, operated from 482 Pizza Lane, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They are written to be read, not skimmed past: each heading answers one question — what you may do here, what happens with an order, what we are and are not responsible for, and how to reach a person if something goes wrong. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or by mail to the Brooklyn address above. Phone: +1-718-555-0192.
Use of the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes: browsing the pizza styles, reading the baking guides, printing a recipe for your own kitchen, and placing an order for the cookbook. That is the whole intended use, and it does not need permission.
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or violates applicable law. That includes automated scraping at scale, probing for weaknesses, and anything that would slow the site down for other readers. We may restrict access if these terms are breached, and we will normally say why.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the site, including recipe text, style notes, baking guides, photography, and page copy, is owned by the operator of Dion's Pizza Cookbook or used with permission. The collection as a whole is the point of the book, so the wording and the photography are covered together, not only the finished file.
You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal use is fine and encouraged: print a recipe for your own kitchen, save a page for your own shopping list, cook from it with friends at home. If you would like to quote or feature a recipe somewhere public, write to us first and we will tell you what is possible.

Orders, payment, and what happens after checkout
Orders and availability
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If a format is unavailable, or an order cannot be fulfilled for another reason, we will contact you using the details you provided at checkout and tell you what we can do instead. Prices and formats are shown at the point of order, so the figure you see before confirming is the figure that applies.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions. If a correction affects an order you have already placed, we will reach out before doing anything else rather than quietly changing the total. Nothing is charged beyond what the checkout confirmed for that order.
Payment and shipping
Payment is handled through the options presented at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details; the payment step is processed by the provider named on the checkout page. If a payment fails, the order is not confirmed and nothing is charged.
Shipping times depend on your location and the format ordered. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for physical orders. Digital orders are delivered by email, usually shortly after checkout. If a delivery fails — the parcel does not arrive, or the download link does not work — contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Returns and replacements
If a physical copy arrives damaged, or a digital file cannot be opened, contact us and we will arrange a replacement. Requests should be made within a reasonable period after delivery — soon enough that we can still match your order and, for a parcel, still see what went wrong in transit.
A photograph of the damaged copy and the packaging helps us fix the packing for the next reader, but it is not required to start the request. This process does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Forms
You agree not to submit false information through any form on the site — an order, a question, or a message sent from the contact page. Give us details that let us actually reply.
Automated tools
You agree not to use automated tools to scrape content at scale, and not to attempt to disrupt the site or its ordering flow. Reading a few pages with a browser is not scraping; copying the recipe collection in bulk is.
Messages and identity
You agree not to use the site to send unsolicited messages, and not to impersonate another person. Violations may result in access being restricted, and we may report serious cases where the law requires it.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. Recipes involve heat, sharp tools, and food handling, and you are responsible for safe kitchen practices in your own home: oven temperatures, resting times, and food storage are yours to manage with your own equipment.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following a recipe. Dough behaves differently at different altitudes, in different ovens, and with different flour, so a method that works well on one bench may need a small adjustment on yours. Nothing on the site is professional culinary, medical, or dietary advice. If you have an allergy or a medical condition that affects what you eat, follow the guidance of a qualified professional rather than a recipe page.
The baking guide on this site explains the stages a dough goes through so you can judge them yourself. Use it as a reference next to your own oven, not as a replacement for it.
Read the pizza baking guideLimitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from following any recipe. That covers things like a spoiled batch of dough, a wasted bag of flour, or time lost to an oven that ran hotter than expected.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, and nothing here reduces the consumer rights you already hold.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, our practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, so you can see when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant and affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you directly rather than relying on this page alone.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's location, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or by mail to 482 Pizza Lane, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States.

Can I print a recipe from Dion's Pizza Cookbook for my own kitchen?
Yes. Printing a recipe for personal use, saving a page, or cooking from the site at home is exactly what it is for. Republishing the same text on another site, in a newsletter, or in a product is not covered and needs written permission first.
What should I do if my copy of the book arrives damaged?
Contact us within a reasonable period after delivery with your order details and a short description of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
How will I know if these terms change?
The updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top, so the current wording is always the one you are reading here. If a change is significant and affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you using the details from that order.
Do these terms cover my personal data as well?
No. These terms cover how you may use the site and how orders work. How we handle information you send us is described separately in the privacy policy, and the cookie policy explains the storage used while you browse.
Where to go from here
If the terms answered your question, the useful next step is usually the book itself — the recipes and the style pages are what most readers came for.
